Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools is advantageous, and the ability to work independently with a focus on achieving results is crucial. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 50,000 - 70,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, the company offers Provident Fund benefits. Role & responsibilities Business Development Business inquiry generation, sending quotes for the received inquiry, converting the inquiry to order, and follow-ups with production/ plant for order dispatch. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Identify and prioritize potential clients within the steel manufacturing sector through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies. Customer Satisfaction & Payment collection Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Ensure timely collections. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the steel market and local industry trends is preferred.
