Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.Create RESTful APIs for seamless communication with front-end components.Optimize applications for maximum speed and efficiency.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Maintain and extend existing applications and systems.Implement security and data protection measures.Participate in code reviews and maintain standards for code quality.Debug and troubleshoot application issues as they occur.Work closely within Agile teams to deliver products on time.Document processes, code changes, and new features for future reference.Research and adopt new technologies that will enhance our product offerings.Provide technical support to clients and team members as needed.Participate in the design and architecture discussions for new projects.Contribute to requirement analysis and system design phases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of JavaScript programming language.Experience with Express.js and RESTful API development.Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).Familiarity with version control tools like Git.Understanding of Agile development methodologies.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Strong problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.Experience in developing scalable applications.Good understanding of application security principles.Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
