We’re scaling fast - and we’re looking for driven sales champions to be a part of our growth story. --- Role Overview We’re seeking a motivated B2B Account Executive to own sales and calling operations for the Fydo Partner App. You’ll be at the front line - speaking directly with shopkeepers, explaining Fydo in simple words, and converting leads into paying subscribers. You’ll be handling inbound leads only - no cold calling, just warm prospects ready to talk. Along with closing deals, you’ll lead the calling team, ensuring consistent performance and driving monthly targets. --- Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Drive end-to-end sales cycle : prospect → pitch → demo → close. •⁠ ⁠Lead and mentor the calling team to deliver high-quality merchant conversations. •⁠ ⁠Explain Fydo’s benefits to shopkeepers in clear, non-technical language. •⁠ ⁠Address key pain points: lack of repeat customers, competition, and customer loyalty. •⁠ ⁠Track and manage sales pipeline to achieve monthly subscription goals. •⁠ ⁠Collect merchant feedback and collaborate with the product team. --- Requirements •⁠ ⁠1–3 years of B2B / inside sales experience (B2B SaaS, or retail-tech preferred)(if you don't have the experience but you think you can crack this, please do try). •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication & negotiation skills; ability to connect with small business owners. •⁠ ⁠Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. •⁠ ⁠Comfort with high-volume calls, lead follow-ups, and CRM tools. •⁠ ⁠Leadership ability to guide a small sales/calling team. •⁠ ⁠Fluency in Hindi & English (regional languages a plus). •⁠ ⁠Startup hustle mindset - ambitious, adaptable, and self-driven. --- What We Offer •⁠ ⁠₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience). •⁠ ⁠Performance-based incentives - many of our team members are earning more from incentives than their base salary. •⁠ ⁠A fast-paced startup environment with direct impact on growth. •⁠ ⁠Clear career path: opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager role. •⁠ ⁠Hands-on learning across B2B SaaS, retail-tech, and loyalty solutions.
