About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Customer Care Support Executives who can effectively communicate in Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada along with English. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information related to products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain call logs and update customer records in CRM/ticketing systems. Meet daily/weekly targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly in [Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada] as per customer preference, along with English/Hindi as required. Required Skills & QualificationsFluency in Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada (any one or more). Good communication skills in English/Hindi. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate. Prior experience in customer care/call center/BPO (preferred, not mandatory). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Strong listening, patience, and problem-solving skills.
