Functional Architect -Microsoft DevOps

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Architect Microsoft DevOps to take charge of designing and implementing DevOps solutions in alignment with both business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies, focusing on process enhancement and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include leading the functional design and architecture of DevOps practices utilizing Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to streamline and automate build, test, and deployment processes. Defining best practices, governance, and standards related to DevOps tools and processes will be crucial. Additionally, you will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional DevOps solutions. Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and offering support to teams in integrating with these pipelines are key aspects of this role. Providing oversight and guidance on release management, infrastructure as code (IaC), and environment provisioning will also be part of your responsibilities. Conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance teams" proficiency in DevOps practices and tools is essential. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards is a vital component. Lastly, documenting architecture, processes, configurations, and implementation plans will be necessary.
