Mr. Raja incharge at the billing counter says we have to min Recharge for rs 2000 and we can't Recharge for rs. 110. I dont understand why do i have to pay extra. If there are the rules set by funcity then it has to probably change. And if these rules are not set by funcity then the employers there have to be checked upon.
