We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in both frontend and backend development, as well as experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The required technical skills for this role include proficiency in Frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, Next.js, Backend technologies like Node.js, Nest.js, and working with Databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL. Knowledge of Version Control using Git is also essential. Additional knowledge in Docker, Redis, CI/CD Pipelines, and Microservices Architecture is preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer include developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications, designing and implementing responsive and user-friendly UI/UX, optimizing database queries, ensuring data integrity, implementing security best practices, and performance optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, maintaining high coding standards, and best practices using Git are also part of the role. Qualifications required for this position include a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development, proficiency in JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Nest.js, familiarity with modern CSS frameworks, knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus. Ability to manage and mentor junior developers is preferred.,
