FullStack Engineer

As a FullStack Engineer [ReactJS & NodeJS] within our partner's organization, you will play a pivotal role in the development of a cutting-edge SAAS product integrated with AI/ML capabilities aimed at enhancing the financial performance management of businesses. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex issues for esteemed enterprise clients in the dynamic FinTech industry. Your responsibilities will entail taking the lead in product development, where you will be responsible for crafting and implementing critical components of our clients" offerings using state-of-the-art technology within the AWS cloud environment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different departments and time zones to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with our strategic roadmap. Building strong partnerships with business units to consistently deliver added value to our clientele and advocating for the cultural principles and technological ethos of our client will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you are expected to demonstrate technical proficiency in Node.js and ReactJS, with a proven track record of flexible coding skills. You should possess significant professional experience ranging from four to ten years in designing, developing, and implementing complex software systems while maintaining a high standard of excellence. A solid background in system architecture, data modeling, and system design, along with exposure to Big Data paradigms and a thorough understanding of RDBMS, is essential. Your ability to thrive in a startup environment, utilizing creativity and effective problem-solving to navigate ambiguities, scarce resources, and conflicting priorities, will be crucial. You should be deeply committed to maintaining technical excellence and be a strong advocate of Agile development approaches. Proficiency in a wide range of technologies, particularly in multi-tenant SaaS architectures, CI/CD techniques, the Snowflake platform, various data storage solutions, and integrations with enterprise systems, is highly desirable. Additionally, expertise in creating innovative applications using AI-ML technologies, especially with knowledge of AWS resources like Step Functions, RDS, Kinesis, and ELK, will be advantageous. Ideal candidates for this role should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a closely related engineering field, with a preference for applicants from prestigious universities such as IIT, NIT, or BITS.
