We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS, application monitoring, observability, and program management to support technology initiatives within a banking environment.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, building intuitive user interfaces, monitoring application health, analyzing system logs, troubleshooting production issues, and driving application performance and operational efficiency.
The role requires a combination of hands-on software development, application support, performance engineering, and the ability to lead observability and analytics initiatives across banking technology platforms.
Experience with Elastic Stack (ELK) or other enterprise monitoring and analytics tools is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing banking applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and database components.
- Ensure application design aligns with enterprise architecture, security standards, and banking technology guidelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical applications.
2. Application Monitoring & Observability
- Monitor the health, availability, performance, and reliability of banking applications.
- Analyze application logs, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and performance indicators.
- Leverage observability practices across logs, metrics, and distributed traces.
- Identify application bottlenecks and drive proactive performance optimization.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
- Ensure effective monitoring of critical banking applications to minimize service disruptions.
3. Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Utilize monitoring and analytics platforms to identify application performance trends and operational issues.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into application health and service performance.
- Analyze system behavior and transaction-related performance patterns.
- Drive continuous improvements in application stability, availability, and response times.
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
4. Program & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and coordinate observability, application monitoring, and analytics initiatives.
- Define program objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with application development, infrastructure, DevOps, production support, and business teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and program deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to technology leadership and business stakeholders.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across application monitoring practices.
5. Banking Technology, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure applications adhere to the bank's information security, technology risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow secure coding practices and enterprise development standards.
- Support audit requirements, technology controls, and application governance processes.
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and logging mechanisms are in place for critical banking systems.
- Maintain focus on application availability, resilience, data protection, and business continuity.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Full Stack Development experience with backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integrations, and databases.
- Experience in application monitoring, log analysis, and production troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of application performance monitoring (APM) and observability frameworks.
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Strong program management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana ELK).
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as:

- New Relic
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
