Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in frontend and backend technologies to join our growing technology team.
• The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, building APIs, managing databases, and handling end-to-end product development.
• The ideal candidate should have experience working with SaaS-based products and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js, NestJS, FastAPI, or Go.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain REST APIs.
• Manage database operations and optimize performance using MongoDB.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical discussions.
• Manage source code and collaborate using version control systems.

Required Technical Skills

• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitHub Desktop.
• Backend Development: Node.js, NestJS, FastAPI, Go Language (Golang).
• Frontend Development: Next.js, React.js, React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• API Development: REST API development, integration, and testing.
• Database: MongoDB, database management, queries, and optimization.
• Development Practices: Authentication, authorization, debugging, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
• Additional Technologies: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 34 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications.
• Understanding of SaaS product development and architecture.
• Knowledge of application security and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with FinTech, AI-based, or SaaS products.
• Exposure to application performance optimization and scalability.
