Job Description: Java Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API development, and React.js. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications across both backend and frontend layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
• Work with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to develop user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate React applications with backend services and REST APIs.
• Implement database operations using SQL and relational databases.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in application maintenance.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8 or above.
• Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Microservices architecture and REST API development.
• React.js and JavaScript.
• HTML5 and CSS3 fundamentals.
• SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, and unit testing frameworks.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Spring Security and JWT authentication.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud exposure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Kafka or other messaging technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience Requirements

• 6–9 years of overall software development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing Java-based backend services and React-based frontend applications.
• Experience building and integrating microservices and APIs in enterprise applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong backend development expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with practical React.js experience. They should be capable of contributing to both frontend and backend development, troubleshooting application issues, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
