Job Description

Welcome walk-in customers at the site and explain project features, pricing, and USPs.
Conduct property tours and site visits for prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads generated through online/offline campaigns and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable units based on their needs and budget.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate closing deals.
Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and bookings.
Coordinate with the CRM and documentation team for agreement procedures and post-sales support.
Regularly update knowledge about project development stages, inventory, pricing, and offers.
Ensure the site is always presentable, clean, and stocked with marketing materials.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,415.48 per month
