Full Stack Trainer – Python (Django) & React.js

Role Summary:

We are seeking passionate and skilled trainers to lead our Python Full Stack Development programs with a strong focus on the Django framework for backend and React.js for frontend. You will train students through live sessions, real-time projects, and technical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and structured training sessions on Python with Django for backend and React.js for frontend development.
• Guide learners through end-to-end full stack projects.
• Deliver content in a project-based, industry-relevant format.
• Support students with assignments, capstone projects, and interview prep.
• Continuously update training materials based on current industry practices.
• Track student progress and provide personalized guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Python and Django framework.
• Proficient in React.js, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Prior teaching/training experience is a plus.
• A genuine passion for helping students grow.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to deployment platforms like Heroku, Render, or Vercel.
• Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and API testing tools like Postman.
• Ability to teach additional concepts like Docker, Firebase, or Cloud basics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹66,462.15 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
