Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Techno-Commercial Professional who can effectively bridge business objectives with technology execution.

This role demands a strong understanding of full-stack systems along with the ability to shape solutions, proposals, and commercial models for clients.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, sales teams, and engineering to translate requirements into scalable, commercially viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities ∙Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. ∙Understand client requirements and translate them into technical and commercial solutions. ∙Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and pricing. ∙Participate in client discussions, presentations, and solution walkthroughs. ∙Assess delivery feasibility, risks, and cost structures. ∙Identify opportunities for value creation, optimization, and long-term engagement.

Must Have ∙6–10 years of experience in full-stack development, solution architecture, or similar roles. ∙Strong understanding of modern full-stack technologies (PHP, Node.js, React, or equivalent). ∙Experience with proposal creation, estimation, and commercial discussions. ∙Solid knowledge of SDLC, delivery models, and project execution. ∙Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have ∙Experience in Health Tech, SaaS, or regulated industries. ∙Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices. ∙Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles.
