Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer (PHP / Laravel / CodeIgniter) Location: Preferably Raipur (Open to candidates willing to relocate or work hybrid) About the Role: We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with a strong foundation in PHP and modern frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience , a strong logical mindset, and the ability to lead projects independently from start to finish . Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications. Work on both Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/React is a plus) and Back-End (PHP, Laravel, CI) components. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug issues independently. Collaborate with designers and other developers to create seamless user experiences. Manage databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) including schema design and optimization. Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and performance. Required Skills & Experience: 3–4+ years of experience in full-stack web development. Strong programming skills in PHP , and frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter (CI) . Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture , and best coding practices. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery . Knowledge of Vue.js or React is a bonus. Experience with MySQL or other relational databases. Good grasp of Git/version control systems . Experience working with RESTful APIs. Strong logical and analytical thinking – able to solve complex problems efficiently. Ability to manage projects independently and take initiative. Familiarity with deployment, server management (Linux basics), and debugging. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced development environment. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean is an added advantage. Comfortable in a team environment and working collaboratively. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
