Job Description

We are looking for motivated and knowledgeable Full Stack Developers (MERN) to join our team as part-time Lecturers/Instructors. You will be responsible for conducting daily classroom sessions (2 to 3 hours per day), equipping students with hands-on MERN stack development skills, and guiding them through real-world project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to students, 2 to 3 hours daily.
• Prepare and update course materials, assignments, and project guidelines to facilitate effective learning.
• Mentor students and answer their technical questions, supporting their progress throughout the course.
• Track and evaluate students’ learning outcomes, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with our academic team to regularly enhance our curriculum.
• Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong communication and teaching abilities; ability to make complex ideas accessible.
• Mandatory fluency in both Tamil and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Fresher candidates with strong teaching aptitude are welcome and will be considered as interns.
• Willingness to work on-site in Karur (remote/online options are not available).

Remuneration & Career Path

• Starting Salary: ₹5,000 per month (for confirmed Lecturers).
• Freshers: Will be considered as interns for 6 months.
• First 3 Months: Apprentice period (No stipend).
• Next 3 Months: Internship period (Performance-based stipend provided).
• After successful internship and performance evaluation, transition to Lecturer role with salary and further opportunities for growth within the organization.

Work Mode

On-site (at our Karur campus; no remote option).
