As a Full Stack Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless integration between client-side interfaces and server-side logic to deliver end-to-end features for various projects. You will also utilize AI pair-programming tools to write and refactor code efficiently and review code for reliability, security, and performance. Your expertise will impact the engineering function by contributing to technical direction and strategic decisions. Partnering with management teams, you will identify necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Additionally, you will provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions, while also serving as an advisor to mid-level developers and analysts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications - Leverage AI pair-programming tools to write and refactor code efficiently - Impact the engineering function by contributing to technical direction and strategic decisions - Review and debug code to ensure reliability, security, and high performance - Partner with management teams to identify system enhancements for new products and process improvements - Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint - Serve as an advisor to mid-level developers and analysts **Qualifications Required:** - 12-15 years of relevant experience - Good working knowledge of source code control tools and technologies - At least 5+ years of experience in financial services, with experience in front, middle, and back-office technologies on a large scale - Relevant 5+ years of experience in large-scale Apps development as a Full Stack developer with modern technology - Strong fundamentals of OOPS Concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms - Experience with Spring Framework, API and Web Services development, and database concepts - Fundamental understanding of cloud platforms, testing frameworks, and performance tuning - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred As a Full Stack Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
