Full Stack Engineer & Quality Lead

You will be joining an IT service company that specializes in web development and mobile application development, as a hands-on mid-level/senior engineer with strong full-stack expertise. In this role, your responsibilities will include delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions, leading technical quality standards, mentoring and guiding the development team, as well as taking ownership of complex technical challenges from concept to deployment. Your key responsibilities will include full-stack development, where you will design and implement scalable applications using the MERN stack or Django with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, etc. You will also be responsible for architecting and developing APIs, database schemas, and front-end components. As part of the role, you will also be expected to demonstrate code quality leadership by conducting in-depth code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, enforcing coding standards, proper commit message formats, and documentation. Additionally, you will implement automated linting, testing, and CI/CD pipelines wherever possible. Mentorship and collaboration will be a crucial aspect of your role, where you will guide team members through code walkthroughs and pair programming. You will also work closely with the CEO to align technical execution with business goals. Process and delivery excellence are essential in this role, where you will establish lightweight QA and release processes, ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications, and collaborate with clients when needed to clarify technical requirements. In terms of required skills, you should have 4 - 5 years of full-stack development experience with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or Django with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue). You should also possess a strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, deployment pipelines, experience with REST and/or GraphQL API design, solid debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills, as well as excellent communication skills in English. Nice-to-have skills for this role include experience working in service companies/agencies, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), experience working in agile delivery environments, and knowledge of backend architectures, API design, and mobile development (React Native, Flutter).,
