Full stack developer (MERN)

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (MERN) with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL/MongoDB to create scalable web applications. As a Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. You will work on both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, MySQL/MongoDB), design and implement RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party services. It will be crucial to optimize application performance, adhere to security best practices, collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance user experience, and utilize Git for version control and deployment processes. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in production and development environments will also be part of your role. The requirements for this position include experience in full-stack development using MERN technologies, a strong grasp of JavaScript, ES6+, and modern frontend frameworks, familiarity with state management tools like Redux or Context API, knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication methods (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices. Additional skills in Git, Docker, and cloud services such as AWS, Firebase, or similar are advantageous. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently are essential. Desirable qualifications include experience with TypeScript and testing frameworks like Jest, understanding of microservices architecture, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The expected start date for this role is 09/06/2025.
