Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional to generate qualified property leads , enhance brand visibility , and support sales conversions for premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and CRM coordination . Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimise Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns. Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial projects. Monitor and improve Cost per Lead (CPL) and lead quality. Run project-specific campaigns (pre-launch, launch, inventory push). Coordinate with sales teams to track lead conversions. 2. Website & Landing Page Management Manage and optimize real estate landing pages with strong CTAs. Ensure accurate updates of project details, pricing, amenities, and floor plans. Work with designers/developers to improve conversion rates . 3. SEO & Local Marketing Optimize website content for real estate keywords. Manage Google Business Profiles for better local visibility. Improve organic enquiries through SEO best practices. 4. Social Media Marketing Manage company pages on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn . Create and publish property reels, walkthroughs, site updates, and testimonials. Handle inbound enquiries through comments, DMs, and WhatsApp. 5. Content & Brand Communication Create ad copies, captions, WhatsApp creatives, and email content. Coordinate photo, video, and drone shoots for properties. Maintain consistent brand messaging for luxury real estate projects. 6. CRM, WhatsApp & Email Marketing Manage leads using CRM tools (Sell.Do / Zoho / LeadSquared). Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for launches, price hikes, and offers. Track lead stages: hot, warm, cold. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads Experience in lead-based digital marketing Familiarity with real estate buyer journeys Basic understanding of RERA guidelines Good communication and coordination skills Hands-on experience with CRM tools
