As a Vendor/Agency Partner for a Cold-Pressed Food Retail Setup with Grind & Pound in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for the following: **Role Overview:** You will be partnering with Grind & Pound on a turnkey project to build fully operational cold-pressed food retail outlets with in-house production facilities. The scope of work includes civil & structural setup, installation & calibration of cold-pressed machinery, production zones & storage, complete retail interiors, counters, branding & signage, and ready-to-operate outlet handover. **Key Responsibilities:** - Civil & structural setup including plumbing, electrical, HVAC to ensure FSSAI compliance - Installation & calibration of cold-pressed machinery for oils, grains, and spices - Setting up production zones & storage areas for ambient & cold products - Designing and implementing complete retail interiors, counters, branding & signage - Handing over a fully operational outlet upon completion **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in food retail/QSR setups for agencies - Technical expertise in cold-pressed machinery installation & maintenance - Strong knowledge of food-grade standards & FSSAI compliance - Direct vendors without intermediaries preferred If you collaborate with Grind & Pound, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing authentic food retail brand, participate in multiple outlet rollouts, and receive transparent, project-based remuneration.
