As an FSL Lead/Architect at LTIM, your primary responsibilities will include: - Drive the development of software products using SFDC Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning, ensuring robust and maintainable features. - Mentor less-experienced developers and conduct unit tests to maintain feature integrity. - Utilize your expertise in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning components, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and other object-oriented languages. - Possess solid understanding of object-oriented programming/design and frontend development technologies. - Platform developer certification is a plus. - Take ownership of a significant portion of the codebase, exhibit a methodical and perfectionist approach, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Demonstrate a professional and energetic attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. For the Field Service Lightning Architect position, with 9-16 years of experience, your responsibilities will include: - Serve as an expert in Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning, with direct experience in software development and programming design. - Lead the development and implementation of SaaS solutions focused on Salesforce.com, with integrations to multiple platforms and technologies. - Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce programming, including APEX, Force.com, VisualForce, and Lightning Platform development. - Possess excellent client-facing communication skills and business analytical abilities. - Certification in relevant areas would be advantageous.
