FSD Node/React Lead

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing full stack applications using Node.js and React.js. Your role will involve creating scalable backend services with Node.js and designing responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. In this position, you will optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implement security and data protection measures, and build reusable code and libraries for future use. Conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to other developers will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Node.js and React.js with a strong understanding of their ecosystem is essential. Experience with server-side architecture, RESTful APIs, databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx), and UI/UX design is required. Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git, excellent troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities are also important.
