We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory, cold storage, and last-mile delivery operations, specifically in the fruits and perishable goods segment. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in food industry logistics and team management. Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and monitor daily inventory operations with a focus on perishable items, particularly fruits. Ensure appropriate cold storage and handling conditions to maintain product quality. Implement stock rotation practices (FIFO/LIFO) and minimize wastage. Supervise and coordinate the delivery team to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Maintain accurate stock records and generate regular inventory reports. Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand. Monitor delivery schedules and customer satisfaction metrics. Enforce operational protocols and quality standards across storage and delivery functions. Skills Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or inventory management, preferably in the food or FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of cold storage systems and perishable goods handling. Experience in leading and managing delivery/logistics teams. Proficient in using inventory management software and delivery tracking tools.
