We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance. This role also involves training users, supporting software applications, and handling IT infrastructure to enhance business sustainability. Key Responsibilities Desktop & Application Support Install, configure, and troubleshoot Macs, PCs, and peripherals. Perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks. Maintain Mac images and ensure software compatibility and functionality. Server, Printer & Network Support Set up and configure network equipment and perform routine maintenance. Manage servers, user accounts, network shares, and access rights. Monitor system logs and maintain printers. Configuration & Installation Maintain records of installed hardware/software and software library. Implement changes to hardware/applications and ensure testing for usability. Keep IT documentation updated. Support Request Management Investigate, record, and resolve IT support requests. Provide detailed diagnostics and escalate complex issues. Produce reports on support request volume and nature. Supplier/Vendor Management Maintain healthy supplier relationships and negotiate contracts. Evaluate and propose new suppliers as needed. Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of computer software, hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows & Mac). Experience supporting Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator). Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills. Proactive, service-oriented, and highly organized with attention to detail. Strong initiative and ambition to grow within the role. Requirements Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role. Experience with Mac desktops, servers, and IT infrastructure. Proficiency in internet security and data privacy principles. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or Apple Certified Technician are a plus. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
