Key Responsibilities: Frontend Development : Build and deploy performant modern web applications using React, Redux, Webpack, ES6, and TypeScript (or Flow). Code Quality & Reviews : Write high-quality, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. PR Review & Feedback : Review pull requests (PRs) to ensure code quality, consistency, and alignment with the overall architecture and design goals. Scalability & Performance : Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring the platform can process millions of messages concurrently. Platform Design : Contribute to designing and developing the platform in a modular, scalable, and infrastructure-agnostic manner, with a focus on industry-grade security. Web Protocols & Optimization : In-depth understanding of the whole web stack, web protocols, and web performance optimization techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Frontend Frameworks : Detailed knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and Angular. SaaS Deployment : Participate in the move to full SaaS deployment and management, ensuring scalability, security, and stability.
