Frontend (Reactjs) Developer

This role is for one of Weekday's clients and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience. The location for this full-time position is Gurgaon. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and possess a deep understanding of ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable front-end solutions for web applications that cater to a large user base. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development of responsive and modular ReactJS applications, collaborating with product and design teams to convert UI/UX wireframes into functional front-end code, managing application state using Redux, writing clean and efficient JavaScript code, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards, implementing best practices in front-end architecture, conducting code reviews, optimizing application performance, and staying updated with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of front-end development experience with a strong focus on ReactJS and JavaScript. You must possess in-depth knowledge of ReactJS concepts such as component lifecycle, hooks, context API, and performance optimization techniques. Additionally, proficiency in Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and front-end build tools is required. Experience with version control systems, front-end testing tools, and writing reusable and efficient code is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are also crucial for this position. Nice to have skills include experience with Next.js, TypeScript, SSR frameworks, UI design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, Agile/Scrum development processes, and mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.
