Description
As a Frontend Engineer - E3 at BitGo, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with design and product managers to plan and develop new UIs for upcoming initiatives. Your responsibilities will include improving existing UI functionality on a variety of products, building reusable code for future use, and engaging in cross-team communications with stakeholders to understand implementation requirements and limitations. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to peers in the broader engineering team through code reviews and promoting best practices. Your role will also involve providing maintenance support and enhancing performance to existing applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate closely with design and product managers to plan and develop new UIs for upcoming initiatives - Improve existing UI functionality on a variety of products - Build reusable code for future use - Engage in cross-team communications with stakeholders to understand implementation requirements and limitations - Provide mentorship to peers in the broader engineering team through code reviews and promoting best practices - Provide maintenance support and enhance performance to existing applications **Qualifications Required:** - At least 5+ years of frontend software engineering experience - Strong experience with React/NextJS and keep up to date with the latest frontend developments - Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML - Experience working with Node.js and Express applications - A keen eye for detail and for providing an excellent user experience - Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage.
