Job Title: Frontend Developer Location: Remote Experience: 2+ Years CTC: Up to 15 LPA Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React and modern web technologies. Collaborate with product and design teams to craft seamless user experiences. Optimize frontend performance using techniques like lazy loading, memoization, and code splitting. Build scalable, reusable UI components and maintain consistent design systems. Implement data fetching and state management using tools like SWR or React Query. Ensure responsive and accessible design across devices and browsers. Manage forms using react-hook-form and validate with zod or yup. Follow clean code practices, maintain coding standards, and work with Git version control. Required Skills & Qualification: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and CSS3. Experience with UI libraries like MUI (preferred), AntD, or Chakra UI. Hands-on with state management (Redux Toolkit or Zustand preferred). Experience with server-side data management (SWR or React Query preferred). Knowledge of form handling, performance optimization, and version control with Git. Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and browser tools. Bonus: Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Webpack, and A11y practices.
