About the clinic

Nishat Multi-Speciality Dental Clinic is a growing multi-speciality dental clinic at 22, 11th Main Road, 4th C Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560034. We are expanding our front-office team and need a sharp, friendly sales-minded person to turn enquiries into appointments.

Role summary

You will be the first voice of the clinic: handling calls, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries, following up with leads, and converting them into consultation bookings and walk-ins.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to patient enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins
• Follow up with leads by call and WhatsApp until they book or decline
• Explain treatments and consultation process politely, and convert leads into confirmed consultations
• Book, reschedule and confirm appointments in the clinic software; reduce no-shows with reminders
• Enter and maintain accurate patient and lead data (enquiry source, follow-up status, bookings)
• Welcome walk-ins, coordinate with doctors, and ensure a smooth front-desk experience
• Share daily and weekly numbers: enquiries, bookings, walk-ins, conversions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, tele-sales or lead handling (clinic, hospital or healthcare preferred)
• Previous sales experience, with proven ability to generate walk-ins and convert enquiries into bookings
• Very good English communication and strong patient-counselling skills to persuade patients to book appointments
• Comfortable with appointment/booking software and data entry (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
• Kannada/Hindi is an advantage
• Confident on phone and WhatsApp; polite, persuasive and target-oriented
• Koramangala location preferred; candidates from anywhere in Bengaluru who are ready to relocate to or near Koramangala are welcome
• Ability to join quickly
