Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with a courteous and professional attitude
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for seamless service
Assist in handling patient feedback and queries

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software (if applicable)
Fluent in English and local language(s)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
