Job Description

Visitor Management: Greet clients, guests, or patients warmly, issue security passes or ID badges, and guide them to the appropriate person or department. [1, 2, 3]
Call and Message Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, transfer calls to relevant staff, and take clear messages when management is unavailable. [1, 2]
Correspondence and Mail: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and official packages, as well as prepare outgoing letters or courier shipments. [1, 2]
Calendar and Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, book conference rooms, and arrange meetings for upper management. [1, 2, 3]
Administrative and Clerical Support: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, update spreadsheets, record meeting minutes, and handle basic bookkeeping or invoicing. [1, 2]
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for office stationery and supplies, place reorders, and keep the reception area clean and organized. [1, 2, 3]
