Job Purpose

Support daily Front Office activities and deliver courteous, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist guests with enquiries and basic hotel information.

Support check-in and checkout procedures.

Update guest profiles, reservation notes and special requests.

Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room status and guest amenities.

Answer calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.

Maintain the reception desk, stationery, forms and key-control records.

Follow up on wake-up calls, luggage requests and other assigned services.

Assist with guest feedback collection and service recovery.

Maintain grooming, punctuality and professional behaviour.

Complete assigned checklists and shift handovers.

Qualifications

Hospitality qualification preferred.

Experience

Freshers may be considered.

Service quality, task completion, accuracy, grooming and teamwork.
