Job Description
Responsibilities : Manage logistics and supply chain planning operations, ensuring effective execution across demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP functions. Support diagnostic assessments to identify client supply chain challenges and contribute to the design of tailored logistics solutions. Coordinate implementation of logistics and planning initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Engage with clients to understand business needs, manage structured and unstructured conversations, and adapt solutions to cultural and operational contexts. Monitor key logistics KPIs such as freight cost, warehouse efficiency, inventory health, and service levels, ensuring continuous improvement. Collaborate with analytics and digital teams to support deployment of advanced solutions in logistics performance, working capital, and cost optimization. Contribute to proposal development and client presentations, supporting business development and solution positioning. Facilitate continuous improvement through control plan execution, Lean Six Sigma participation, and regular performance reviews with client stakeholders. Support training and capability building within the logistics team to scale operations and enhance delivery quality.Qualifications
