Your responsibilities will include leading a high-performing team to create, maintain, and innovate on educational content in core areas such as MERN Full Stack, Python, and AI. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - **Curriculum Strategy and Vision** - Define and own the strategic direction of the technical curriculum across core domains like MERN Full Stack, Python, or Gen AI. - Translate business goals, learner needs, and industry expectations into actionable content roadmaps. - Ensure the curriculum remains dynamic, relevant, and aligned with hiring trends and future tech trajectories. - **Team Leadership and Mentorship** - Lead Technical Curriculum Developers (TCDs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by providing clear direction, support, and growth opportunities. - Oversee individual and team roadmaps to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery. - Foster a strong feedback culture through regular reviews and shared best practices. - **Content Development and Oversight** - Supervise the planning, design, and development of comprehensive learning materials. - Ensure content is technically accurate, pedagogically sound, and optimized for various learning styles. - Establish content standards and documentation practices to enhance consistency and scalability. - **Curriculum Maintenance and Upgrades** - Implement regular audit and update cycles to maintain curriculum relevance. - Drive revisions based on feedback from delivery teams, learner analytics, and emerging industry standards. - Identify outdated modules, improve weak areas, and phase out redundant topics. - **Enhancing Learning Experience** - Collaborate with instructional designers and delivery teams to improve the learner journey. - Ensure engaging and outcomes-driven curriculum structured for strong concept retention. - Innovate learning formats by introducing visual elements, guided walkthroughs, and microlearning units. - **AI and Technology Integration** - Explore and implement AI-powered learning enhancements. - Infuse emerging technologies into the curriculum to enhance learning content. - Stay updated with advancements in AI and edtech to drive innovation in learning delivery. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to align curriculum with platform capabilities. - Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure curriculum-readiness for live sessions. - Contribute to learner support strategies by identifying content-level interventions. - **Process Building and Operational Excellence** - Design scalable systems and processes for curriculum planning and development. - Drive documentation practices to onboard new team members and track version history. - Anticipate bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution of content pipelines. - **Data-Driven Improvement** - Review learner analytics and assessment outcomes to improve content. - Collaborate with analytics teams to understand performance gaps. - Apply insights to design more effective learning paths. - **Thought Leadership and Innovation** - Encourage experimentation and scaling successful initiatives within the curriculum team. - Identify and launch projects that push traditional curriculum boundaries. - Represent the curriculum function in key leadership conversations. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. - 1+ year hands-on software development experience and 1+ year in technical content creation. - Experience leading or mentoring content or technical teams. - Strong foundation in core programming concepts and frontend/backend tech. - Familiarity with Gen AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Passion for building impactful educational content.
