HR Administrator must have a knowledge of marketing in interiors. You will have to provide candidates in the process of recruiting. You should be proficient in providing candidates in the hiring process. 1. Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures including basic HR 2. Proficiency in English and have good communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload 4. providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Front Office staff, and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times. 5. Make outbound calls and schedule in-person meetings with potential clients to promote the company services. 6. Attend to a visitor or customer nicely. Answers guests' inquiries. 7. Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, should be skilled in hiring on job portals like Naukri, indeed etc 8. Ability to maintain an employee’s personal records. 9.
