- Responsible for handling Front Desk and Admin related work
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices.
- Preparing outgoing items such as envelopes or packages.
- Performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need.
- Provide information to visitors and handle inquiries with efficiency.
- Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
- Solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
