• Customer Support: Answer incoming customer calls, provide information, solve problems, and assist with inquiries.
• IN & Outbound Calls: The role involves making outbound calls for sales, surveys, or follow-up services.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills are critical. The role demands clear articulation, polite interaction, and empathy.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, providing effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Documenting Calls: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, issues raised, and resolutions provided.
• Handling Queries: Respond to customer queries related to products, services, or technical support.
• Meeting Targets: Many voice process roles have performance metrics, such as call resolution time or customer satisfaction ratings.

Skills Required:

• Communication: Strong spoken language skills, particularly in English (or the local language), are essential.
• Listening Skills: The ability to listen attentively and understand customer issues.
