Freshers/Sales Executive – NVOCC & Freight Forwarding

Job Summary

XTRANS LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our NVOCC and Freight Forwarding team. We welcome freshers who are interested in building a career in logistics, as well as candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably from a logistics or freight forwarding background.

Candidates should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in NVOCC and freight forwarding.
• Generate potential leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.
• Connect with importers, exporters, shippers, and freight forwarders to generate business.
• Understand customer requirements and promote the company's logistics services.
• Prepare and share quotations and proposals with prospective clients.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with internal operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain customer and prospect databases and update sales activities regularly.
• Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Key Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience will be preferred.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or NVOCC will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from other sales backgrounds who are willing to learn the logistics industry can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
