Role & responsibilities

• Identify agencies/agents with high business potential to recruit quality agents/Empanelment brokers to drive business
• Engage in recruitment of some different line of agents to focus on health and non-motor business
• Define targets for agents on month-on-month basis to give increase sales numbers
• Monitor agents and brokers business performance to ensure activation
• Providing renewal data on channel on timely basis to maintain renewal retention at desired levels
• Follow up with the channel and broker to timely renew the policies and encourage them increase online renewals
• Interact with agents to nurture relationship for long term business commitment
• Take regular feedback from agents to identify any issues faced and propose solutions
• Conduct product trainings focused on cross selling for agents and brokers, motivate them to achieve targets
