Fresher Technician / Operator – TOOL ROOM

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret engineering drawings ,blueprints and CAD designs to build and repair tools and dies.

Operate a variety of machine tools,including lathes,grinders ,milling machines and EDM machines .

Modify dies and tooling to conform to engineering changes.

Check component dimensions using gauges and basic instruments.

Maintain daily production logs and follow process discipline.

Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of forged components.

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE during machine operation.

Identify basic machine faults and inform the maintenance team.

Learn and implement 5S and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: ITI (Fitter / Tool & Die ) or Diploma or Tool Engineering

Experience: Freshers (0–1 year).

Prior training in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Skills Required:

Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

Ability to handle physical workload in a production setup.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn forging operations.
