Fresher Female Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and generating sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database.
• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
