Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate (any stream).
• Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Good verbal communication skills in [language(s) required].
• Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn.
