Role Overview

We are looking for a highly articulate and confident individual to join our Business Development team, focusing on the US B2B market. The role primarily involves email outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and initiating conversations with potential clients in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct email outreach and cold calls to potential B2B clients in the US.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with international prospects.
• Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and generate qualified leads.
• Draft compelling outreach emails and follow up with prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and support the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Clear pronunciation, strong articulation, and confidence in spoken English.
• Ability to write professional, persuasive, and grammatically accurate emails.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects over calls and email.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive approach, and a willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work in US time zones, including evening or night shifts in India.

Ideal Candidate

A confident communicator who can hold professional conversations with US-based clients, write polished business emails, and handle cold calling without hesitation. Prior experience is not mandatory; communication ability, confidence, and aptitude for sales are the key selection criteria.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
