Fresher Architect

As a Junior Architect at Ocube Architects in Jaipur, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team known for its exceptional designs and multidisciplinary approach. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to immerse themselves in architectural design and project coordination. Your responsibilities will include participating in design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and project proposals. You will be tasked with developing 2D/3D technical drawings from conceptual sketches, creating design presentations, mood boards, and sample boards. Additionally, you will assist in researching and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings, while collaborating in team huddles, client meetings, site visits, and vendor communications. It will be crucial for you to maintain records of communications with clients, vendors, and site supervisors, and contribute to innovative design concepts and space layouts. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of architectural concepts and design principles. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/VRay is essential. Your ability to translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings, attention to detail, and accuracy in drafting and design will be key. Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and project coordination abilities are highly valued. Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling techniques will also be beneficial. This full-time position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. The salary offered will be based on your skill set and experience.
