Proficiency in content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and SEM. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of real estate market trends and consumer behavior is a plus. Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
