Freelance Robotics Trainer

We are a skill-based training centre focused on hands-on learning in Robotics and Automation. We are looking for a Junior Robotics Trainer who is enthusiastic about teaching, learning, and working with students on practical robotics projects.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in technical training, robotics education, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities Training Support & Delivery

• Robotics fundamentals
• Electronics components
• Sensors and actuators
• Arduino / basic microcontrollers
• Embedded C / Python (basic level)
• Help students build simple robotic projects such as:
• Line follower robots
• Obstacle avoidance robots
• Bluetooth / IoT-based robots (basic)

Lab & Equipment Support

• Assist in setting up and maintaining robotics kits and lab equipment
• Ensure proper usage and safety of tools and components
• Help prepare lab manuals, worksheets, and assignments

Student Support

• Support students during practice sessions
• Clarify doubts and explain concepts in a simple manner
• Assist students during project work, competitions, and demos

Learning & Development

• Continuously learn new tools, platforms, and robotics technologies
• Upgrade skills under guidance of senior faculty
• Participate in workshops, bootcamps, and training programs

Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (or pursuing) in:
• Robotics
• Mechatronics
• Electronics
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• Computer Science

Technical Skills (Basic Knowledge Required)

• Basic understanding of Robotics concepts
• Familiarity with Arduino or similar microcontrollers
• Basic programming knowledge in C / Embedded C / Python
• Understanding of sensors, motors, and electronic components
• Interest in hands-on work and troubleshooting

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Robotics projects during college / internships
• Exposure to Raspberry Pi / ESP32
• Interest in IoT, AI, or automation
• Knowledge of basic CAD / 3D printing

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,014.21 per month
