4. Platform Native: Deep understanding of current Instagram/YouTube trends, safe zones, and algorithmic preferences.

5. Brand Alignment: Ability to balance high-energy editing with premium, authoritative branding. No gimmicky or cheap effects.

COMPENSATION

Base Rate: ?500 - ?750 per Reel (Depending on complexity/quality).

Incentives: High-performance bonuses for viral edits (>1M views) and TAT/performance consistency.
