This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have strong industry connections, understand B2B business development, and can generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish contact with potential B2B partners across India.
• Develop relationships with nursing colleges, recruitment agencies, training institutions, and relevant organizations.
• Conduct professional calling and email outreach.
• Arrange meetings, present the recruitment opportunity, and follow up with prospective partners.
• Generate qualified leads and develop long-term business relationships.
• Support the growth of our Germany nursing recruitment business.

Who Should Apply?

• Freelancers with experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or business development.
• Professionals with an established network in India's nursing or recruitment sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-driven, result-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to identify opportunities, initiate discussions, and convert leads into partnerships.

Commercial Terms & Agreement

• The engagement will be governed by a mutually signed agreement.
• Scope of work, responsibilities, commercial terms, and payment milestones will be defined and agreed upon before commencement.
• Any commission or incentive will be payable strictly as specified in the signed agreement.
• Both parties must agree to the terms before initiating business activities or exchanging confidential candidate information.
