Freelance / Part-Time Cinematographer & Content Creator

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Cinematographer & Content Creator in handling end-to-end photo/video production, from planning shoots to editing and publishing content. Your creativity, self-driven attitude, and passion for storytelling through visuals will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality photos & videos during events, workshops, learner activities, and promotional campaigns. - Shoot interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips, and community stories. - Edit videos (short-form & long-form) with clean transitions, sound balancing, and engaging storytelling. - Retouch and edit photos for use on website, social media, and marketing assets. - Plan and maintain a social media content calendar. - Create reels, shorts, banners, posters, and other creative assets. - Publish content and track performance; suggest improvement ideas for better engagement. - Coordinate with the internal team for shoot planning, scripting, and post-production. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of cinematography (lighting, framing, composition, angles). - Portfolio of past photography/video work is mandatory. - Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). - Photography & video editing experience with color correction and audio balancing. - Ability to create engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts). - Awareness of current content trends and social media algorithms. - Ability to work independently and deliver quick turnaround.
